The Township of Norwich Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic organization with a strong focus on supporting our local businesses through projects and initiatives.

We welcome businesses of all sizes or individuals representing businesses to join our group.

To provide leadership to the business community as its premier advocate
To foster the development of soundly researched policy positions that reflect the interests of our members
To influence government policy in a positive, visible, consistent and representative manner
To strengthen the Chamber movement
To provide assistance to our members through consultation, access to information and the delivery of other valuable programs and services.

Health Services Visioning Committee

The Health & Wellness Advisory Committee serves as an advisory body to Council in order to facilitate action on matters related to health and wellness within the Township of Norwich. The aim is to familiarize residents with the products, services, and resources they can currently access close to home and, wherever possible, work to improve access to additional services. This work will help to strengthen and build upon local community partnerships between municipal government, the business community, local agencies, and citizens of the Township of Norwich. The committee has identified the following priority areas through public consultation: Governance, Medical Centre, Information, Senior's Housing, Ancillary Services, and Public Transportation. These priority areas will evolve as different projects are completed and as additional opportunities present themselves. The Health & Wellness Advisory Committee will soon be launching their own website, www.norwichhealth.ca, to help provide residents with one central location for local health and wellness related information
